Riverside Commercial Complex
Project Overview
A four-storey commercial development delivered from foundation to handover. EcoBuild carried out the full civil package — substructure, RCC frame, blockwork, plastering and external finishes — working to a fixed handover date tied to the client's tenant commitments.
Site logistics were the defining constraint: a narrow riverside plot with single-lane access meant material deliveries and concrete pours had to be sequenced tightly around working hours.
