Project Overview
A rolling AMC covering civil repairs, electrical systems, HVAC and plumbing across an operating resort. Planned preventive visits are scheduled around occupancy, with a breakdown response commitment for guest-facing faults.
Working in a live hospitality environment means most intervention happens outside guest hours, with work areas screened and reinstated before the property opens each day.
